Effectively estimate commercial projects to result in the award of work. This includes establishing and maintaining an accurate subcontractor and supplier base, ensuring adequate coverage is received, accurate and competitive final pricing, subcontractor negotiations, and covering buy-out of subcontracts.

Provide overall direction for field installation. Owns direct responsibility for labor, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety. Insures that the installation functions as designed and satisfies the contracted scope.

As the liaison between workers and supervisors, the foreman will be the key person in charge of overseeing the completion of the project with a keen awareness of material expenses, permits, and employee safety.

Successfully manage and oversee execution of projects. Responsible for ensuring that all contracted work is executed in accordance with the Company’s policies, including contract documents, budget, schedule, safety, quality control and customer satisfaction.

Assists Project Manager and is Responsible for ensuring that all documentation between the subcontractors and project administration is collected and processed on time. 

Act as the top technical advisor on job site. Survey, prepare and level the area for work. Facilitate planning data between managers, engineers and designers.
